此書很長贅說要著書, 就要好時間管理, 不要拖延, 為什麼會拖延, 怎樣不會拖延, 如果盡用時間, 看得我很睏,完全是靠意志力去粗略看完.

When they reach this point, sympathetically ask how they could find a solution, or get them to consider if there is anything positive about what they are telling you.
