Good Vibes, Good Life

 

隨手拿來的一本書. 
與其他的勵志書差不多, 看回以下的筆記, 一點印象都沒有, 是白看了. 


只記得作者說他的書要讀者看完有人生兩大改變. 口氣很大. 
其實內容都離不開正能量, 做好人, 好事自然來.
 
年紀輕的作者, 難有感人的歷練. 內容就是東湊西拼. 

我覺得, 勵志書是醫生的最好看, 因為他們看慣了生死, 自然參透的多.

Self-love is the balance between accepting yourself as you are while knowing you deserve better, and then working towards it.

It’s important to recognize that it’s not unjust to let go of those who show no concern for you.

What you think about, you bring about. We can attract the things we want in our lives by committing our thoughts to them.

We attract people who are vibrating on the same frequency as us.


Change the way you think, feel, speak and act, and you begin to change the world.

Foods into 4 categories
1.      Full of high-vibration foods, fruits, raw vegetables, whole grains, almonds…
2.      Lower-vibration foods, boiled vegetables, milk, butter, eggs, honey
3.      Very low vibration, cooked meats, sausages, coffee and tea, jams, processed cheese.
4.      No angstroms, margarine, alcoholic, refined white sugar, bleached flour

Some friends want you do well, but not too well. It’s important that we do not settle for these medicore friendships either, as they’ll find our lives with negative energy.

It was as if my attitude was too positive for them. Some people labelled me as fake.

Someone once posed the question: If I asked you to name all the things you love, how long would it take for you to name yourself?

We alter our natural beauty to adapt to societal expectations. We strive for endless external goals while neglecting our own spiritual growth.


Your goal isn't to get rid of negative thoughts; it's to change your response to them.
